The
coalition of forces fighting for tort reform is
extremely powerful and well-funded. It includes the medical
lobby (including the American Medical Association and
state medical societies across the country); the
insurance industry (the most profitable business in
America); corporate lobbying organizations, such as
the Chamber of Commerce; and Big Business, including
the Tobacco Industry and corporate polluters.

A LETTER TO YOUR
LEGISLATOR before it's too late. |

Politicians
from the White House down to statehouses across the
nation are engaged in a relentless campaign to serve
corporate special interests by taking away the rights
of hard-working Americans.
To them, lawsuits by
injured people are just an annoyance and they know
tort reform will make many of them "go
away."
CJA urges you to
CONTACT YOUR LEGISLATORS and tell them to vote NO
on
tort reform.
While
personalized letters are the most effective form of
communication to your legislators, CJA has included
several
